This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Information you send us yourself
If you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. We run the form ourselves – the information goes straight to our own email address and is not shared with any third-party form service.
The legal basis is that we need to be able to reply to you and possibly enter into an agreement, cf. GDPR article 6(1)(b). Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer relevant to the client relationship, and after three years at the latest.
Booking meetings
If you book a meeting on the website, we record your name, email address and, if provided, your company, phone number and what you would like to discuss. The meeting is added to our calendar in Microsoft 365 and you receive an invitation with a Teams link from us. To show available times, the website only checks whether the calendar is free or busy – no details of other appointments are shown.
The legal basis is that we need to arrange and hold the meeting with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The processor is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. To prevent misuse, an encrypted (hashed) version of the IP address and email address is kept for up to 24 hours. Meeting details are deleted when they are no longer relevant to the customer relationship, and after three years at the latest.
Cookies
The site sets no statistics or marketing cookies before you have agreed to them. If you decline, none are set. Below is what may be stored.

hna_samtykke is necessary to remember your choice and therefore does not require consent. The other two are set only if you accept.
Google Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and roughly where they come from. We do not use it for advertising and do not link it to other services.
The processor is Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and Google's standard contractual clauses.
Change your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to receive the information in a common file format. Contact us at the email address above and we will reply as soon as we can.
If you believe we process information contrary to the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Changes
We update this policy if our processing changes. If something changes that requires new consent, you will be asked again.
